Global Debt Advisory Firm Opportunity

The firm specializes in securitisation, structured debt and special situations across mid-market companies.

A Graduate Analyst will be part of a global network of institutional investor relationships spanning hundreds of banks, credit funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, pension funds and family offices.

  • Support senior team members on various transactions including special situations, corporate debt, acquisition finance and structured finance.
  • Contribute to deal origination and execution through pitch development and compiling deal materials such as credit papers, information memorandums and financial models.
  • Perform financial modelling using 3-way statement analysis focusing on debt sizing, LBO, cashflow and downside modelling.
  • Undertake analysis for structured finance transactions including loan tape stratifications.
  • Assist in preparing origination materials, market research and listed company analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of deal structuring through end-to-end transaction involvement.
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent interaction on live mandates.

Requirements

  • A Commerce or related degree.
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for investment banking.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and learn advanced financial modelling techniques.
  • Interest in large institutional debt and M&A transactions.
