Job Title: Construction Project Manager

The role of a construction project manager involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients;
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, methods, and materials;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions;
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
