Business Analyst Internship Opportunity

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering AGILE projects. This 12-week internship provides invaluable experience in key client IT infrastructure and web application projects.

This internship is ideal for recent IT graduates or final year Bachelor or Master degree IT students who have a deep interest in how IT and business intersect. You will gain vital experience in activities such as requirements gathering and analysis, wireframing, business process mapping, UI and UX design, User Acceptance Testing, IT Project Management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing analysis and design documentation including detailed requirements, business process maps, user stories, and user interface specifications
  • Streamlining business processes to increase efficiencies between systems, migrations and end-user experience
  • Mapping current and future business processes
  • Consulting internal and external stakeholders to deliver highly complex technology integration projects

What You Will Learn:

  • Creating high-quality requirements artefacts for IT systems including websites and mobile applications
  • Analysing and organising information to reconcile conflicts and identify business needs
  • AGILE project delivery methodology
  • Collaboration with development and testing teams
  • Manual and Automation testing
  • UI & UX design principles and wireframing
  • Designing and developing business process mapping
