We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Solution Design Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Product Manager and technical lead to develop innovative solutions for our Enterprise Service Management platform.

As part of the Corporate Functions & GBS Technology Supply team, you will be responsible for defining strategy, roadmap, solution design, and architecture of the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management solution. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Supporting the execution of Opportunity Assessment and Identification & Selection process for projects under the Supply & Technology portfolio.
  • Engaging with stakeholders in technology and business for technology trend analysis, problem management, business impact scoping, and other testing/training requirements.
  • Committing to health, safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development, as well as our Charter and Code of Conduct.

You will have experience in design, configuration, and implementation, including integration with ERP platforms. You will also possess working knowledge of related functional areas like Supply Chain and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teamworking skills, capable of engagement and influence different stakeholders, and ability to manage conflicts/issues with the business/end users are essential.
