Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on Privacy Act, Privacy Principles, Consumer Data Rights, and Concessions from a compliance perspective.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the ACCC on CRD matters and engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations on complex compliance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and emerging trends in the energy and resources sector.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance and privacy law.
  • Strong knowledge of Privacy Act, Privacy Principles, and Consumer Data Rights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current practising certificate.
  • Right to live and work in Australia.
