Evolve the Workflow Function

We are seeking a skilled Senior Workflow Operations Manager to join our team at ABN Group. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving the workflow function with a strategic approach to improve and achieve budgeted starts targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly review preconstruction timeframes and efficiencies, identifying trends and offering proactive solutions
  • Conduct assessments of workflow applications for insights, development, and process improvement
  • Achieve KPIs on workflow timelines and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and support a customer-centric culture and focus the team on achieving optimal results in workflow processes
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders across Operations, Construction, and Victoria businesses to align systems and processes
  • Document and address present and future risks associated with workflow processes
  • Support the Preconstruction CX Manager in executing workflow strategy, ensuring efficient and effective processes

Requirements

  • Leadership capabilities and able to motivate, manage, and provide clear direction
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of residential preconstruction processes
  • Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting and effectively presenting data and trends
  • Customer-centric and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and influence optimal outcomes
  • Demonstrated business acumen and project management experience
