The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Customer Experience Practice Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial part in driving transformative change within the company towards an outside-in view of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a strong core team to drive revenue growth and opportunity
  • Collaborate with customers to innovate and transform their customer experience
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies and solutions
  • Lead and mentor team members at all levels, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on Gentrack business plans, products, and future developments to inform technical decision-making
Requirements
  • Leadership skills and ability to work at pace with an innovative mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen to balance opportunity across the group
  • Technical depth to lead the team in generating architecture and design artifacts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to stay updated on Gentrack business plans
  • Hands-on experience in utilities customer experience and Salesforce expertise
