We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring smooth daily operations within our restaurant and bar.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and develop tailored event plans, while also overseeing the logistical elements of events, including staffing, catering, equipment, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work under pressure and autonomously at times is essential, as is a keen eye for detail and a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage venue bookings and co-ordination
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements
  • Coordinate all logistical elements of events
  • Ensure the highest level of visitor satisfaction
  • Oversee the FOH team to ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Contribute to content creation for social media
