The Digital Marketing Team Lead Role

This is a client-facing position that requires someone who excels in building relationships to deliver exceptional results.

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing our digital marketing clients. You will work closely with an experienced and welcoming team who share knowledge, learn from each other, and achieve outstanding results for our clients.

  • This role suits someone who loves working with small-business clients and has a passion for digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media is preferred.

A typical week in this role includes working with clients to understand their business needs and helping them generate more leads via digital marketing channels. You will also be responsible for coordinating digital marketing campaigns, delivering monthly progress reports, and identifying new strategies to drive client success.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about digital marketing. You should also be able to work across several projects at once and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
