Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project team to achieve budget and delivery targets, participating and leading meetings with internal and external groups, delivering effective financial management for the project, identifying and managing risks in the program, overseeing the project contracts administration, maintaining and managing safety responsibility for the site, coordinating activities for Project Completion, supporting activities in the Defects Liability Period, and supporting tender submission activities when required.

The ideal applicant will possess a degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar, prior experience in a Project Management role or significant experience as a Senior Contract Administrator, demonstrated understanding of construction and design methodology, project management principles and delivery methods, working knowledge of WHS best practice and legislative requirements, effective communication skills, and ability to drive, develop and maintain safety behaviours.
