Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Clinical Operations Director to lead the strategic direction of our clinical and care programs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the preparation and execution of Aged Care Reforms Audit.
- Oversee clinical governance and risk management across home and community care services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement reforms in SaH and CHSP services.
- Develop and execute implementation workplans, identify new revenue streams, and monitor service performance.
- Implement a Participant Centred Care Advisory Group and provide strategic leadership to allied health professionals.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing or a relevant clinical discipline (essential).
- Current registration with AHPRA (e.g. RN, Allied Health)
- Postgraduate qualifications in Health Management, Aged Care, or Clinical Governance (desirable).
- 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in clinical operations, aged care, community care, or healthcare.
- Proven experience in clinical governance, audits, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
