About the Role

At DOF, we're committed to innovation and excellence in our operations. As a Corporate Travel Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our regional workforce is facilitated with seamless travel arrangements and associated services.

This role requires a calm and professional approach to providing travel services, with a focus on ensuring a practical and respectful experience for our employees, clients, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with service providers to negotiate travel arrangements and optimize costs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Processing travel requests and ensuring compliance with DOF's travel policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with our Travel Management Company to ensure efficient and commercial travel bookings.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Staying up-to-date with global mobility requirements, including visa and immigration regulations.
  • Providing traveler support and oversight, aligned with safety and security protocols.

Requirements include:

  • Travel booking certification using Amadeus Travel Booking technology.
  • 5-7 years of experience in travel booking and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and strong computer skills, particularly with travel applications.
