About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG and Risk Management Executive to play a key role in managing risk across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Risk Stewardship: Provide independent oversight & effective challenge to the wholesale business on the application of the risk management framework including RCAs, issue management and incidents.
  • Risk stewardship with respect to ESG and Reputational Risk-related policies.
  • Manage the climate risk programs, act as lead for the governance and risk management workstreams and the R&C lead for other workstreams, including mandatory disclosures.
  • Ownership of all reporting as required to both formal and informal committees and forums, including ownership of the ESG forum and managing the secretariat.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Human Rights risk assessment and controls across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Provide subject matter expert (SME) advisory support for ESG and Reputational Risk-related matters, including preparation of the annual Modern Slavery Statement including identification and execution of continuous improvements.
  • Enhance and implement the Reputational Risk framework across Australia and New Zealand.
