Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Role Overview
TSA Riley is seeking a highly skilled Communications and Stakeholder Engagement (C&SE) Consultant to deliver projects across various sectors, supporting bids and collaborating with project teams.
Job Description:
The C&SE Consultant will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies, preparing accessible materials, and coordinating stakeholder activities. This includes delivering outcomes in complex environments, building strong relationships with stakeholders and communities, and contributing to bid development and pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication and engagement plans to achieve project objectives.
- Bid Development and Pursuits: Contribute to the development of bids and tenders, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate stakeholder mapping, event management, surveys, briefings, and other engagement activities.
- Communication Materials: Prepare clear, concise materials for diverse audiences, including community updates, newsletters, fact sheets, and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 5-8 years' experience in communications, preferably in consulting or infrastructure project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative approach, with confidence engaging people at all levels, from business to government and community.
- Strong time management and adaptability, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
