About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Business Transformation to join our team at FTI Consulting, Inc. As a key member of our Business Transformation practice, you will play a critical role in helping companies navigate large-scale transformations and achieve their strategic, operational, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project workstreams to ensure critical project deadlines are met and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate closely with our offices across the EMEA region and the global aviation practice to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Analyze client and market data to uncover unique insights and develop actionable strategic plans.
  • Conduct operational and financial analyses to identify strengths and pain points, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Travel to client locations to participate in meetings and interviews, and communicate complex ideas effectively to C-suite executives.
  • Support the growth of our office through business development activities, such as writing proposals and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of relevant work experience at a tier 1 consulting company.
  • Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience in or affinity with the aviation sector is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively navigate organisational dynamics and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to analyze complex information to aid decision-making and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Flexible approach to work, with the desire and capability to work across sectors, project types, and regions.
  • International travel will be required as part of this position.
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Dutch or other languages is considered an asset.
