About the Opportunity
The University of Sydney Business School is a global leader in business and management education, with a highly international outlook and a strong reputation for innovation and research excellence. We are seeking an outstanding research-focused academic to join our team as an Associate Professor or Senior Lecturer in Digital Innovation and Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Advance research on digital innovation and transformation that is of strategic importance to the Business School and our community, government, and industry partners.
- Build and guide a research program that leverages the collective talents of Business School colleagues to deliver academic and societal impact.
- Develop and teach courses in digital innovation and transformation, and contribute to the development of our curriculum.
- Engage with industry and community partners to develop research collaborations and projects.
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field, such as business, management, or information systems.
- Proven research expertise in digital innovation and transformation, with a strong track record of publications and research grants.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills, with experience in developing and delivering courses in digital innovation and transformation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to develop research collaborations and projects.

- A continuing position, subject to completion of a satisfactory probation period and confirmation period with agreed performance.
