Job Title: Road Maintenance Specialist

About the Job:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Road Maintenance Specialist. As part of our line marking and spray sealing crew, you will be working on road maintenance tasks using specialized equipment under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a strong safety culture and support inclusive, flexible team practices.
  • Contribute to efficient and high-quality delivery of spray sealing and line marking services.
  • Adhere to and model the VPS code of conduct and positive workplace behaviors.
  • Be available for after-hours emergency response and support teams across Victoria.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements:

  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Current Medium Rigid Truck Licence (Medium Rigid or higher)
  • Current Construction Induction White Card
  • Current Traffic Management Ticket
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Working knowledge of computer tablets / mobile devices
