Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to manage construction projects from inception to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will have significant retail construction experience, detailed knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, and Private Certification processes in all states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scheduling, WHS, certification, contract administration, and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate resources at a programme level, delivering to contracted SLAs, including nominated suppliers and key vendors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise project resources, including external project managers, general contractors, and key vendors.
  • Travel regularly across the region.
  • Track and monitor resource performance by maintaining up-to-date tracking reports and capturing critical information.
  • Develop cost plans for project delivery.
  • Submit drawings for tender and manage the tendering process.
