Job Overview:

Support Coordinator is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to our services team and Development Manager.

  • Supervising and coordinating the front Reception area, including being the first point of contact for new visitors and stakeholders.
  • Managing IT support, assigned tasks, databases, and e-filing system requirements efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote efficiencies and positive working relationships.
  • Liaising with participants, the NDIA, and other providers to support our Support Coordinators.
  • Planning, supporting, and facilitating community events, assisting with internal compliance auditing, and ensuring best practice processes are followed and reviewed.
