About the Position

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams in complex operational environments
  • Drive performance, manage risk, and deliver results aligned with strategic goals
  • Champion a safety-focused culture and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee the delivery of the district work program and ensure service reliability
  • Shape and implement forward-thinking strategies, policies, and processes that enhance operational effectiveness and long-term sustainability
