Job Overview

As a Produce Department Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our fresh produce department. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, colleagues, and the local community.

About the Role
  • Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for department performance and customer satisfaction.
  • You will lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
