Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time permanent position working Tuesday - Saturday (8am - 4pm) based in Lytton, Brisbane.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Create and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate III in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
