About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Greater Western Sydney. As an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, you will have the opportunity to work with NDIS participants across the lifespan, providing life-changing occupational therapy in diverse settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop therapy plans to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's knowledge and skills

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
