Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our therapy services, you will play a vital role in shaping the clinical skills of junior therapists and providing high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake assessments and provide intervention with a focus on evidence-based practice.
- Provide clinical supervision, knowledge, and support to junior therapists.
- Work alongside and collaborate with the OT Director to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Liaison with families and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.
- Provide treatment, guidance, and education to individuals and their carers.
- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration).
- A passion for facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for people with disability and their families.
- Desire to work with and support junior therapists.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Current driver's license and car.
- Working with Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid training (or willingness to obtain these).
- Occupational Therapy and paediatric NDIS experience.
- Generous salary in the region of $110K – $120K Base + Super dependant on experience.
