About the Role:

The Data Insights Specialist will report to the Lead Performance Engineer and support the team by analyzing complex data, developing visualizations, and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends and correlations.">
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend solutions for optimization.">
  • Develop automated reports and provide insights into key performance metrics.">
  • Summarize data and create final displays of results for formal presentations.">
  • Identify outliers and data errors, and research suitable solutions or workarounds.">
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.">
  • Collaborate with Well Engineers, Accountants & Cost Engineers in monitoring well costs.">
  • Create dashboards and summary reports highlighting trends across key areas.">
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data science, analytics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field.">
  • Experience building and optimizing 'big data' pipelines, architectures, and data sets.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB.">
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.">
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.">
