We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Environmental Aide I to join our healthcare team in Cleveland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of housekeeping duties throughout the hospital, including functions requiring specialized machines and techniques.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions, work well within a team environment, and collaborate with patient care team members.
  • Create a patient care environment focused on needs and expectations.
  • Taking initiative and contributing beyond formal duties.
  • Exposure to hazardous substances and risks such as falls, strains, contagious diseases, and exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, including electronic methods.
  • Population-specific competency to interact respectfully with diverse patient populations.
  • Physical demands include exerting 25-50 pounds frequently, standing/walking for extended periods, and performing medium to heavy lifting and moving tasks.
