Program Coordinator Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Program Coordinator for the Safer Together Program. The position exists across the South West Local Health Service Network, with the role hosted by a leading health service in the region.

The successful applicant will work closely with experienced leadership peers who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and reducing harm. They will be responsible for implementing consistent evidence-based practice, strengthening preventative measures, ensuring safe medication practices, and focusing on necessary interventions to improve consumer outcomes.

The role reports to the South West LHSN Director and will work collaboratively to drive improvements that benefit the wider community and workforce. The ideal candidate will hold or be able to obtain a current National Criminal Police Check, Working with Children Check Clearance, and NDIS Worker Screening Check, and comply with relevant immunisation and vaccination requirements.
