Occupational Therapist Leadership Role in Sydney

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Lead/Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Framework Search & Select. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact and take on a leadership role.
About the Role- This is a full-time position based in the north-west of Sydney, with opportunities for flexibility and work-from-home arrangements.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding junior clinicians, mentoring them to achieve their best, and creating a culture of excellence. You will have the opportunity to grow your team, nurture their development through training and supervision, and make a lasting impact.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of $105,000 - $135,000 + superannuation benefits.
