Job Opportunity:

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to fill a legal secretary role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to a team of solicitors, including partner level
  • Manage diaries and calendars
  • Oversee the management of files from start to finish
  • Assist with the organization of events and functions
  • Schedule appointments for court events
  • Engage with clients
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a legal assistant role (open to career changers or students with minimum 2 years remaining of their degree)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous complex billing experience
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management, with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain high levels of organization
