Job Title: Defence Logistics Specialist

Join Lockheed Martin Australia, a leading defence company, in a challenging and rewarding role as a Defence Logistics Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing logistics support to our Royal Australian Navy customers, ensuring the availability of mission-ready aircraft for operational flights, deployments, and rescue missions.

About the Role:

  • Assist with Defence Logistics Governance and MILIS requirements.
  • Manage Urgent Defects through the Navy High Priority Demand Systems.
  • Expedite emergency orders upon customer requests.
  • Manage the 24-hour help desk to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and customer service processes.

About You:

  • Experience in data management, including producing, analyzing, and interpreting complex reports and information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take immediate corrective action as required.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and understanding the importance of building strong relationships.
  • Experience working within the Military or with a Defence contractor.
  • Understanding of Defence corporate governance (highly desirable).
  • Experience with Defence inventory programs such as MILIS or SAP (highly desirable).
