About the Role

Sikorsky Australia is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused supply professional to join our team as a Logistics Discrepancy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Defence Discrepancy Reporting and Disposal Processes of Aeronautical and Non-Aeronautical product within the Romeo TLS program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate discrepancies not limited to FMS billing discrepancy, SDR's and other general DR's
  • Consolidate stock in DR/Disposal areas
  • Pick and process disposals on MILIS
  • Control documentation
  • Store and process DG, Shelf life (SL) items in Discrepancy and Disposal
  • Record data and maintain databases
  • Liaise with internal and external customers
About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have prior experience in a similar logistics role within the aviation or similarly regulated industry. Your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced aviation environment will be critical.

You will have sound knowledge and understanding of Disposal and Discrepancy Processes, sound experience working with Shelf Life and DG/HAZ items, knowledge and experience in working with SDS and Chem-alert, strong communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations, and aviation industry experience with exposure to products, services and suppliers.
