We are seeking a skilled leader to drive our digital strategy across all touchpoints.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance across paid media, SEO, CRM, and loyalty to fuel revenue and repeat purchase
  • Optimise Shopify experience to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience
  • Own digital metrics and media spend to ensure return on investment
  • Collaborate closely with sales, brand, and ops teams to align digital with broader strategy
  • Lead and grow a nimble team with care, clarity, and commercial intent
