About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, fostering strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and building trust with clients.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Previous exposure to customer-facing environments, such as customer service, sales, or consulting.
- Strong ownership of responsibilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, including adapting approaches to suit diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English is highly preferred, but not required.
