Forex Cfd Account Manager I Sales Growth Specialist

As a seasoned professional in the Forex industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. Key aspects of this role include promoting and selling TMGM's products and services, identifying and generating client pipelines, and building long-term relationships with new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by working towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- A minimum of one year of experience in the Forex industry is required.
- Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
