Lead Retail Construction Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled retail construction supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of new store fit-outs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, civil engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Feasibility and Cost Control: Review store layouts and design documentation to ensure projects meet feasibility and cost control standards.
  • Technical Input and Project Coordination: Assess project budgets and provide technical input during business negotiations and supplier coordination.
  • Site Safety and Quality Standards: Oversee the construction process, monitoring site safety, material usage, and quality standards.
  • Construction Quality Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any construction quality issues promptly.
  • Pre-Handover Inspections and Acceptance Procedures: Lead pre-handover inspections and coordinate joint acceptance procedures.
  • Store Repair and Maintenance: Coordinate and resolve store repair issues and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field, with at least 3 years' experience supervising construction or fit-out projects in a retail environment.
