
Customer Experience Solutions Expert

The key focus of this role is to drive business growth and customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
This position requires a high level of expertise in customer experience (CX) and contact centre operations, with the ability to design and implement operational solutions that enhance client relationships.
As part of our Managed Operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Solution delivery: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver targeted solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead generation: Identify, align, and engage Datacom personnel to support sales activities, ensuring seamless coordination with other teams.
- Proposal development: Create compelling sales responses, including SOWs/Proposals/RFP/RFI/RFQ activity, that showcase Datacom's capabilities and value proposition.
- Relationship management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with aligned customers, understanding their needs and preferences to inform solution development.
- Stakeholder engagement: Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external) to promote Datacom's services and solutions.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to support remote sales capabilities, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets.
- Quality assurance: Ensure all work meets commercial and reporting standards, processes, and best practices.
- Marketing support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows that stimulate demand for Datacom's services.
