Project Schedule and Cost Analyst Opportunity

This is a key role for an organized and detail-driven individual to support project delivery with accurate cost, schedule, and performance insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor cost and schedule performance; identify variances
  • Support earned value management (EVM) reporting
  • Collaborate with project and finance teams
  • Prepare progress reports and dashboards
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • 5+ years' experience in project controls
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
  • Familiarity with EVM and critical path analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Eligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance – Must be an Australian Citizen
