About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service as a friendly and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant in a fast-paced cafe environment.

  • Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and effectively, handling transactions with precision
  • Assist with food and drink preparation, particularly barista tasks, which would be a valuable asset to our team
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
About You:

We are seeking an individual who possesses strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality or cafe environment is preferred, but not essential
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Barista experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • You should possess excellent time management skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
