Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing workplace support to customers with disabilities, including job placement, training, and mentoring.
  • Working with employers to identify and address any barriers to employment, and developing innovative solutions to support their needs.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, employers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of disability employment services and the challenges faced by customers with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employers.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
