**Job Summary:**

The Logistics Returns Officer is responsible for managing the national returns of finished goods. This role acts as a liaison between 3PL and internal departments to process all Return Authority (RA) requests and manage the collection/delivery of returns to warehouses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Daily RA report review, including age and status of each RA.
  • Reconciliation of reports from 3PL and identification of any discrepancies.
  • Reviewing and taking action on aged cases and errors.
  • Liaising with 3PL to execute collection/delivery/exchange.
  • Communicating with internal departments for failed cases and escalations from retailers/customers.
  • Proactive action before RA gets aged or escalated.
  • Monitoring of all returns until Goods Received (GR'd) in warehouse.
  • Process review/improvement to reduce RA lead time.
  • Supporting management with preparing reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Residence Visa or Citizen.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with SAP.

**Skills and Abilities:**

  • Proficiency with MS Excel is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be organised, able to prioritise tasks and take initiative.
  • Must have good work ethic and commitment.
  • Must be able to engage with stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Customer focused.
  • Able to work independently.
