Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Return Coordinator to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for managing the return process, ensuring seamless integration with our inventory management system and streamlining logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Return Management: Coordinate customer returns in accordance with agreed business service levels, maintaining accurate records of returned goods.
  2. Inventory Control: Process store returns and collaborate with store teams on discrepancies, ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing stock loss.
  3. International Logistics: Oversee international movements, tracking and documenting all shipments accurately.
  4. Inventory Dispositions: Manage inventory dispositions within our inventory management system against reverse logistics streams, maintaining up-to-date records.
  5. Quality Control: Cooperate with Quality Control inspection on repairs and damages, maintaining accurate movement records.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Previous experience in end-to-end reverse logistics and knowledge of inventory management principles is highly valued.
