Construction Materials Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Materials Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction materials testing and special inspection projects.

  • This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, geologists, inspectors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing data, conducting fieldwork, and preparing reports for commercial, industrial, retail, government, office, and residential projects.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction materials testing or special inspections in a leadership role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • An Engineer-In-Training (EIT) license is required; a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
  • Multiple ICC, ACI, NCDOT, and/or PTI certifications are an asset.
