Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Materials Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of materials data within our Materials Management Systems.

This includes managing date from Engineering and Project BOM into requisitioning systems, expediting critical items, and ensuring accurate and timely production/release of PR's.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

They will also have experience with SAP and other Materials Management Systems, as well as knowledge of construction schedules and constructability requirements.

The role involves working closely with the project team to ensure materials availability in line with Construction schedule and constructability requirements.

Key responsibilities include creating and managing Purchase Requisitions, supporting the project team, planning and forecasting material requirements, expedite critical or priority items, receipting of materials, managing materials control function, inspecting and verifying materials, issuing materials and equipment, and being the site point of contact for Material management and Expediting.
