We're seeking a skilled professional to fill the Medical-Legal Consultant role. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers flexibility with work from home and flexible options once established.

About the Role
  • The Medical-Legal Consultant will listen to clients' stories and build an understanding of their unique situation to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Responsibilities include conducting initial client interviews, drafting medical chronologies, and supporting legal documentation.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Medical Law team to deliver excellent client care and partner with the contact centre team to identify new opportunities and manage enquiries to resolution.
  • Nurturing robust relationships with clients and assisting them in gaining access to local support is a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
  • A progression towards or completed qualifications in Biomedical Science and/or Laws (preferred but not essential).
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, guidelines, practices, and protocols is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have tenacity for complex problem-solving and a natural curiosity to listen to clients.
  • Demonstrated phone-based customer service experience for clients who have experienced trauma is also desired.
  • A commitment to connecting with others and delivering exceptional results for clients is essential.
