Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role that combines strategic planning with technical expertise? Look no further. As a pivotal leader in our global network of experts, you will provide high-level counsel to clients on capital preservation and optimization strategies.

About the Role

You'll guide clients through complex valuation challenges in diverse scenarios, including transactions, portfolio evaluations&optimisation, restructurings, and strategic development.

  • Lead small, focused project teams in conducting comprehensive valuations of businesses and strategic options for transformation initiatives, management planning, M&A, tax, financial reporting, and dispute resolution.
  • Assume full responsibility for project delivery, acting as the principal manager for the creation of valuation reports, and executing intricate financial modelling and analysis.

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney. Your key responsibilities include leading and managing multiple valuation engagements, developing and reviewing complex financial models, serving as a key point of contact for clients and other project teams, and providing technical guidance on valuation methodologies and assumptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
