Senior Legal Administrator Role

About the Opportunity

This is a wonderful opportunity to work in our Contracts & Risk team as a Senior Legal Administrator. You will be providing administrative assistance and ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Assist with reviewing standard form consultancy services contracts and other agreements.
  • Prepare commercial documents, summaries, and updates for contract extensions and rate reviews.
  • Celebrate your excellent communication skills by coordinating contract negotiations and facilitating written communications between internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have experience working in an in-house legal team or commercial law firm. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the APAC's Contracts and Risk team.
  • Managing contract reviews, responding to client requests, and escalating risk concerns.
  • Preparing commercial documents and reports.
  • Coordinating contract negotiations and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring deadlines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in an in-house legal team or commercial law firm.
  • Relevant paralegal qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Detailed focus, computer literacy, and high-level professionalism.
  • Excellent administrative and problem-solving abilities.
