Senior Lawyer

This is a senior-level position requiring 8+ years of post-qualification experience in family law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and senior-level experience, as well as strong client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the family law practice, managing own files while mentoring junior lawyers.
- Handle complex family matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and binding financial agreements.
- Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters.
- 8+ years PQE in family law with proven leadership or senior-level experience.
- Confident handling complex parenting and property matters.
- Strong client management skills with a compassionate and strategic approach.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow a practice.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
