About the Opportunity

Take a leading role in shaping and delivering strategic brand and product initiatives that bring our Lotto portfolio to life.

This 12-month contract position will see you take ownership of media and campaign strategies for Saturday Lotto and Weekday Windfall, driving growth and strengthening brand health.

  • Owning strategic direction: Develop and execute media and campaign strategies that drive growth and strengthen brand health.
  • Leading iconic campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of major initiatives including Saturday Lotto base draws, Weekday Windfall campaigns and flagship events like Megadraw.
  • Driving commercial outcomes: Deliver portfolio revenue targets, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure campaigns contribute to both short-term sales and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead large-scale advertising and media campaigns, including digital and CRM activity.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to connect customer insights and deliver effective brand positioning.
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of marketing and brand management experience, including time in senior brand roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or a related business discipline).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand and product strategies that deliver strong business outcomes.
