The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex project and program schedules, as well as expertise in project management and scheduling software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6.

Responsibilities
  1. Crafting and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to secure support, resources and buy-in for projects.
  2. Providing regular updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders for real-time visibility into project progress; ensuring schedules are up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Delivering expertise in project management and scheduling software, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server 2016, Primavera P6.
  4. Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts to minimize disruptions to timelines.
  5. Analyzing project data and providing reports and metrics for data-driven insights and project optimization.
  6. Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in PPM processes to identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Master's is advantageous).
  • 5-8 years of experience managing complex project and program schedules across multiple industries including infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Project; deep understanding of scheduling processes and WBS, risk management, resource allocation and SWOT analyses.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; ability to engage with executive leadership and large stakeholder groups.
