In This Fast-Paced Customer Service Role, You Will
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a commercial client base
  • Handle technical phone and email enquiries
  • Work with an Omni Channel platform processing inbound inquiries – orders, returns, queries, services, and general items
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintain records and documents relating to customer activity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs
